We are now proud to unveil the completed work!The creative process began a few months ago, when Jane Chai, Director of PR and Marketing, came to TINbox with the proposal to refresh their old logo:

Their requests were simple: Maintain the pink, keep the flower (as an homage to the founder) and make the logo feel more contemporary. The design solutions were many, but we all felt the design carried all of the necessary elements to be successful. All it needed was a bit of a “design trimming”. First step was to revamp the font choices. Using a font style that BDF was already particular to, we used the cleaner, more elegant script and Century Gothic as substitutes. The flourishes allowed us to eliminate the excess foliage, as we felt that a solitary flower would be best suited to represent the founder (who succumbed to breast cancer in 2006). We submitted different iterations of this layout, and BDF ultimately went with the featured logo. It will be featured on all of their new marketing initiatives, from a revamped website to apparel and promotional items.
